to Student-Athletes

The University of Texas-Pan American's Intercollegiate
Athletics Department is committed to providing our student-athletes
with informational sessions, seminars, and activities that will
foster growth as balanced individuals. The UTPA Athletic Department
feels strongly about preparing student-athletes for life after college.
This year's version of the Bronc Life Skills Program will focus
on career development to assure that student-athletes are being
kept well informed about majors, careers and the necessary skills
required to be successful candidates in the job market. Through
specialized seminars and workshops, student-athletes will be introduced
to the skills and tools required for a successful career after graduation.
The goal is to prepare student-athletes in becoming productive,
marketable, and knowledgeable individuals who are well-prepared
