2001 Junior:  Worked 61.0 innings last season for the Bronc pitching staff, good for second on the team...  Started a team high 12 games...  Intimidating presence on the mound for would-be runners, picked off a team high 4 runners...   

Navarro Junior College: Had a strong sophomore season for Navarro, posting a 6-2 overall record with 11 saves…  He had a 2.73 earned run average with 50 strikeouts in 66 innings of work…  Was named All-Texas Eastern Athletic Conference as a sophomore…  Was invited to play on the National Junior College Athletic Association All-Star Team that played Japan last summer.

Elgin High School: Had tremendous success on the mound for Elgin High School…  Was named all-district from his sophomore through his senior seasons…  Was named Most Valuable Player his senior year…  Batted .390 with three home runs and 37 RBI’s his senior season…  Also had an 11-3 record with a 1.12 earned run average and 130 strikeouts as a senior.

Personal: Born on July 23, 1980…  Parents are Ginger and Frank James Sr…  Also a strong student who was named Academic All-District his sophomore through senior years at Elgin High School…  Majoring in General Studies at UTPA.
