Mission High School: Three sport standout at Mission High School...  Batted .480 with 15 doubles, 9 triples, two homeruns and 32 RBI's his senior season...  Also a dominating pitcher going 10-4 with a 1.09 ERA, and striking out 140 batters in only 98 innings pitched...  Was named Athlete of the Year his junior and senior years at Mission, becoming only the second player ever to do so...  Was named All-State and District MVP...  Was named Pitcher of the Year for MHS his sophomore, junior, and senior years...  Was also named Offensive Player of the Year...  Recipient of the Leo Najo Award...
