3/7/01 - Calpine Corporation Donates $20,000 to UT Pan American Athletic Department: Calpine Power has presented the University of Texas-Pan American Athletic Department with a contribution of $20,000 to benefit the Athletic Department’s general fund for the 2000-01 academic year, it was announced on Wednesday.

12/7/00 - IBC Invests In UT Pan American Student-Athletes: The International Bank of Commerce (IBC) has presented The University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA) with a $30,000 donation to directly benefit the Athletic Department’s general fund and its academic enhancement program.  The sponsorship will be used to fund the existing Student-Athlete Academic Learning Center, the NCAA CHAMPS/Life Skills seminar series, as well as an enhanced tutorial program for student-athletes. 

12/7/00 - Bronc Athletic Foundation Raises $108,000 in Second Annual Fund Drive: The University of Texas-Pan American Athletic Department announced on Wednesday that the Bronc Athletic Foundation (BAF) has presented UTPA Athletics with a check for $108,000.
