Averaged 3.8 points and 1.4 rebounds per game while ranking second with 29 three-point field goals....Scored a career-high 15 points at Lipscomb....Her first basket as a Lady Bronc was a three-pointer in the opener against Texas-Arlington.....Scored 12 points at Arkansas-Little Rock....Grabbed a career-high six rebounds at Lipscomb..... Saw action in every game.....Starred at NORTHEAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE, where she averaged 15.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.6 steals per game as the Hawks went 25-7 during her sophomore year.....Made 41.5 per cent of her field goals, was 41.6 per cent from three-point range, and made 75 per cent of her free throws.... Earned All-Conference, All-Region Nine and Region Nine All-Tournament honors...... In her two years at NECC, the Hawks were 54-11..... Named to the All-USA Academic Team in each of her two seasons at Northeast CC......All-Conference as a freshman, leading the Hawks to a 29-4 record. ....Named to the Region Nine All-Tournament Team....Named to the Dean’s List......The 2000 Minnesota Class A Player of the Year, De Cock earned All-Red Rock Conference honors in each of her four seasons at RED ROCK CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL...... Named All-State and All-Area, and All-Conference as both a junior and as a senior.... Named New Ulm Journal Co-Player of the Year....... Scored more than 1700 points during her high school career.....Named to the National Honor Society....Member of the “A” Honor Roll....Came to UTPA because of the opportunity to play basketball at the Division I level.

Born August 29, 1981...Daughter of Sandy and Doug DeCock... Has three brothers, John, Andrew and Jeffrey, and five sisters, Heidi, Michelle, Sarah, Caitlyn and Hannah..... Majoring in Criminal Justice at UTPA.

“We’re converting Mary to more of a power forward. She has the ability to open up the middle for us with her long range. We expect her to come in and keep teams honest so they can't double down or play soft in the middle. We feel the changes we’re making offensively will play more to her strengths.”
