Finished fourth at the National Minority Golf Championships last season during her freshman season at UTPA in 2002-2003......Helped lead Lady Broncs to a first place finish........Averaged 83.6 strokes per round while playing 25 rounds last season.....Best round was 76....Shot a 76 in the third round of the Notre Dame Invitational.....Shot a 76 again in the final round of the Bearkat Invitational.......Named to the dean’s List and the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club.....Joined the Lady Broncs after an outstanding career at WILLIS HIGH SCHOOL…...The champion of District 21-4A as a junior and a senior, she qualified for the Class 4A State Tournament as a junior after finishing third at regionals…..Earned first team All-Region honors…..Finished sixth at the Starburst Junior Golf Classic…..Won the Crosby Invitational in each of her last two seasons..... ……. Played in the Texas-Oklahoma Tournament….Was the Houston area qualifier for the ReMax/Pinnacle Long Drive Contest…..Named Academic All-State by the Texas Golf Coaches’ Association…… Also played volleyball and softball, earning All-District, All-County and Academic All-District honors in volleyball…..Graduated Magna Cum Laude….Received the Army Reserve Student-Athlete Award.
