2004 OUTLOOK: Should be another good addition to the group of distance runners. COACH'S COMMENTS: "Ashley was a very solid corss country runner for us. I look for great things from her, and I think she will be an integral part of our team. 2003 XC: Paced the Lady Broncs by finishing 18th at the Texas A&M-CC Splash. Finished 12th at UTSA, 19th at the Independent Championships, and 62nd at the NCAA Regionals. FALFURRIAS HS: Qualified for the state championships in cross country as a senior. Was district champ twice in cross country, qualifyong for regionals all four years. The district champ at 3200 meters in track each year, Perez qualified for regionals four times and was named her school's Distinguished Athlete. Best time for 3200 meters is 12:15.
