-Joshua motions to amend the Pan American Chapter ByLaws by adopting Article IX Sect.1 which outlines the members eligible to be members of the Judicial Board and the responsibilities and duties of the Judicial Board., Chris seconds, 7 are in favor, 1 opposed, motion passes

-Juan nominates Josh to be a member of the Judicial Board, Angel seconds, in favor-7 opposed-1

-Juan nominates Narciso to be a member of the Judicial Board, Angel seconds, in favor-7 opposed-1

-Don nominates Fransisco Bouret to become the third member of Judicial Board, Angel seconds, in favor-4

-Juan nominates Chris to become third member of Judicial Board, Albert seconds, in favor-3, Fransisco is the third member of the Judicial Board.

IX. Comments/Announcements: CEP meeting Saturday 11a.m., Parent/Alumni BBQ April 12 12pm-6pm

-Don motions for chapter to buy DU sweetheart shirts and entire chapter votes who is given a shirt. Each member is to pay $1.00 for each shirt given out, Chris seconds, motion passes unanimously
